  • After retiring from bath etc., sit on a white seat, placing some coins under the seat and hitting Sukhasan (palathi) on it. Now while chanting the said Navagraha Mantra, feel in your heart that-
  • Lord Surya, who protects the first world among the planets, take away my pain.
  • Chandradev, who has a nectar-like form, has a nectar-like body and gives me a drink of nectar, remove my pain.
  • May the man who gives fear to the world, the rain maker and the destroyer of rain, take away my pain.
  • May Mercury, son of Moon, endowed with great brilliance, relieve my pain.
  • May the Guru of the gods, Brihaspati, who is always engaged in the welfare of the people, remove my pain.
  • Guru of the demons, Venus full of great intelligence, remove my pain.
  • Sun with huge eyes, Lord Shiva's beloved soul, Shani Dev, remove my pain.
  • May the Tamomay Rahu, having various forms and colours, thousands of eyes, take away my pain.
  • Ketu, endowed with pulse, having a huge mouth and without a body, take away my pain.

    ఈక్రమంలోనే క్రిందివ్వబడ్డ దానాలు ఎవరెవరికి ఎలాంటివి ఇవ్వవచో ఆలో చించుకొని దానాలు చేయాలి.అవిచేస్తూ కిందిజపాలు,ఆయాదేవతాపూజలు చేయడం మంచిది.
  3. రత్నాలు అందరూ అన్నీ ధరించకూడదు అవిసూచనిబట్టే ధరించాలి(పూజ ,జపం,దానం లేకుండా రత్నధరణ ఫలించదు)
  4. ప్రతీ గ్రహానికి (జపం (అనగా ఇవ్వబడ్డ సంఖ్య) + తర్పణం + హోమం + దానం) ఇవన్నీ చేయడాన్ని మాములు పరిహారం అంటారు.
  5.  విశేష సమస్యలకు ఆయపరిహారాలు పాటించండి.
